Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
- We are not able to ship to locations outside of the United States.
- We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, except for military.
- Orders placed prior to 2 p.m. ET will ship the same day (business days).
- Your credit card will not be charged until your items have shipped. For items purchased with a debit or bank card, there may be a hold or authorization placed on your card upon order confirmation.
HOSS Boot Company begins processing your order as soon as your online purchase is completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved and the shipping address is verified. Most orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days (Monday – Friday excluding holidays). For example, if you order an item on Monday, it will be shipped no later than Wednesday. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method and the location of your shipping address.
RETURNS
We make returns easy. Download, complete and print the Return Authorization Form here, and include it in the return shipment. Returns must be in the same condition you received it and in the original box.
SHIPPING NOTES:
*DO NOT put any labels, tape, stickers or marking on the shoe box.
*The box and Return Authorization Form must be inside a shipping package.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow three weeks for your return credit to be processed after we receive the products at our warehouse. You will receive notification via email when the return has been credited back to your card.
EXCHANGES
The warehouse does not send out exchanges automatically. Your credit card will be refunded once the warehouse receives and processes your return. You may reorder at any time as these are two separate transactions.
